I'm super happy with the change these products have made In my hair. . My hair went from unrully salt and pepper to frizz-free waves that look hydrated and healthy.

I have fine, dense, wavy color-treated hair with somewhat oily roots and dry-ish ends. I used the trial size of this for a few washes and loved the results, so I purchased the full size. my scalp felt clean and refreshed but not tight, my waves were beautifully defined and the smell was lovely. however, after just three weeks of using this I've developed the worst flaky dry scalp I've ever experienced, and my length has gotten dried out and stripped of color. This was the only change I made in my entire routine!! I'll be returning ASAP and hope this hasn't done irreversible damage to my hair. tbh I'd be willing to try again if they reformulated, because the wave definition was on point before it dried me out to a crisp. but for now, this is a hard no from me.

The product gave me a terrible rash and acne on the back of my head. Extreme. I thought maybe just because I sometimes can have sensitive skin it would likely be safe to let my kids use it….after one use he now has a rash on the back of his head and neck.

I have long, balayaged hair and have tried SO many products. This shampoo and conditioner takes the cake! I’m not a fan of the scent (rose notes) but my hair has never been so silky and shiny! And I’m postpartum!

It’s the best shampoo. Honestly probably the best hair company. I use the detox shampoo, medium shampoo, then the medium conditioner and it’s the best line up to exist. My hair is so healthy. I loooooove it.

I’ve been using the OUAI shampoo for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. It leaves my hair feeling really clean without stripping it, and the scent is super fresh without being overpowering. I’ve noticed my hair looks smoother and a bit more manageable, too. It’s a little pricier than what I usually buy, but the results make it feel worth it. Overall, definitely a new favorite in my routine.

Not only does this shampoo smell amazing, it lathers like a dream and does a fabulous job at thoroughly cleansing my wavy, color-treated hair. I love how rich and thick the shampoo feels and how it doesn't take a lot of product for amazing results. My hair has bleach highlights, all over color and has texture with a strong S wave and this shampoo cleanses it without drying it and rinses out easily as well. I absolutely love how healthy, strong and shiny my hair looks after each and every wash!

I love the way this shampoo feels super hydrating. I have loose curls that are medium in thickness so this gives it just enough moisture without weighing down my curls!! I also love how it smells and it suds up really well!’

I really like this shampoo from ouai. The consistency is thicker than my normal shampoos so I only need to use a little bit of product and mix it and lather with my hair. I found it cleans my scalp very well, but isn’t stripping.

My scalp feels so clean after using this shampoo, but also keeps my hair feeling soft by not stripping essential oils. I am left with voluminous hair that has bounce. Overall happy with this shampoo and will be purchasing in the future.
