I was curious how a detox shampoo would compare to my typical shampoo, but I was blown away by the difference it made! I thought the one I use did its job well, but I could immediately feel how much deeper it cleaned my scalp and hair. This is likely only a once a week (or every other week) shampoo due to how well it strips away any buildup, but I’ll definitely be adding this to my routine! I also love how it smells tropical without being overbearing- like vacation in a bottle!

I received the product in exchange for an honest review. I absolutely love this as a greasy haired girl. I did use this on my second wash since my hair is so oily that it wouldn’t have done much the first time around. I noticed that my hair lasted an extra day before getting greasy again and thats very rare for my hair. I would definitely recommend and may even purchase myself!

The OUAI Detox Shampoo is one of the best clarifying shampoos I’ve tried. It removes buildup, excess oil, and residue without leaving my hair feeling stripped or dry. My hair feels cleaner, lighter, and noticeably more refreshed after every wash. It also adds great volume at the roots and leaves my hair looking healthy and shiny. I would definitely repurchase it.

I’ve been wanting to try out the Ouai detox shampoo for a while now so when I received a spa sample, this was the perfect time. The small sample is perfect for traveling and leaves your hair feeling super clean. Although using the shampoo isn’t needed every single wash it is still great to have.
