Great machine with really impressive technology. It leaves my hair smoother and healthier, and I’ve stopped using straighteners because it gives such lovely volume. I’m still learning as the curls don’t always hold, but I just need a better product to set them.

I’m so happy with my purchase. It’s a life saver for me. I bought other brands (the second one after Dyson) and didn’t like it at all so I returned it and bought Dyson. The styling is very easy. I have very thin and flat hair but I can get the volume I want in 5 minutes.

Easy styling

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I love the way it styles my hair. It is easy to use. The only problem I have is removing the filter for cleaning.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it works brilliantly very easy to curl my hair, I had the old version but this one is much better

Life changing

I’m so surprised at how light the device is, how fast it is, and how easily it smooths out frizz. I can quickly refresh my hair in under five minutes. Most importantly, it cut my blow dry time by 75 percent on my hair wash days. It usually takes me around 45 minutes to do a full blowout, and with the Dyson I was able to do my hair in 15 minutes. I’ve been blowing out my hair for a decade, and it’s really tiring. I developed joint pain in the last couple of years where my hands hurt quickly from repetitive use. My hands usually hurt with a standard blow dryer and brush halfway through my blowout, but with the Dyson Airwrap my hands didn’t hurt at all, I really value the ease I have with this machine. This is the base model that has the same body and motor as the Airwrap Id. It’s more affordable and comes with three attachments. If you’re only looking for smoothing and curling this is great, but if you want even more customization you will need to purchase accessories or attachments separately. I wish this one came with a round brush or a customizable selection of the three attachments. Other than that, there are no complaints with this machine. It took me about ten minutes to find a rhythm for how to use the device and attachments for my desired look. Worth the hype!!!

I get the hype now!!!!! Oh my gosh after years of wanting to try Dyson, I finally got a hold of the product. My hair is thick long and wavy. The dryer part dry my hair effortlessly and makes my hair looks so silky. Then the curl part is perfect, I’m not a pro when it comes to curling my hair but wow this tool is like magic. Game changer, worth every cent!!

I own the supersonic dryer and absolutely love it, it's the only dryer that can quickly dry my coils without heat damage. Since I got the supersonic, I stopped wearing my wigs because I didn't really know how to style them. I'm not uncoordinated, but I never got the "barrel brush and dryer" blowout technique down, it was just too much hassle and if I'm going to learn how to do things with my hair I'd rather learn more methods for my natural, coily hair like braiding etc. With the airwrap all that changed! There's a slight learning curve but it's honestly so easy to use, especially now that the barrel can change the airflow direction. It's very lightweight and now I can easily style my wigs so they're voluminous and gorgeous, it really makes a difference and makes me look infinitely more put together! I also love the attachments, I can easily use the dryer one to dry my coils as well so it's perfect for traveling and keeping options open. I can also use it to straighten my coils, the brush attachment is great for smoothing and straightening my coils out without frying my hair. My expectations were easily surpassed because I know it's not a curling iron but it does what it says it'll do and it's easy to use. If you already have the "barrel brush and dryer" technique down you might not need this but it still saves time and energy, something I'll always trust Dyson for with my hair because, without it, my coils take literally all day to airdry and wash day is already time consuming and draining. I absolutely love the airwrap, almost as much as my supersonic, and I'm so glad I can wear my wigs again!! Yes, it's an expensive investment but it honestly pays for itself in a few uses, I've never gotten a blowout at a salon because it would be too much time and effort (and money) to get my coils straight and then blownout and I'm not paying a salon to style my wigs. The airwrap allows me to do it myself with amazing results and I'm saving time, effort, and money; I couldn't be happier!! Gifted by Dyson

Love it so much!

Absolutely love it! I have thin but really long hair. I always towel dry before starting to use the Airwrap. I then just use the fast dryer until my hair is almost dry before using the barrel. It's easier to style curls for me while holding the Airwrap vertically -- this way, my hair wraps around easier. Even though my hair is so long, it still works but I have to curl the end half first before moving up closer to my scalp. I also blast it with cool air before letting go of the curl. I think with my super long and thin hair, the brush doesn't work so well for me and my hair still snags and breaks but the other attachments make this my favorite way to style my hair! Amazing All-in-One Hair Styler

The Dyson Airwrap Origin is a remarkable hair product. My first impression was that the all-in-one device features a sleek design and is high-quality. I love the little things that were built into it, like the swiveling power cord, the low-profile switches, and copper detailing. I’m also a fan of the fact that I can put the machine on a cold, warm, or hot setting. The brush attachment makes it so easy to give myself a blow out, especially since I love to flip out my ends. The curling attachment is incredible - I was fascinated by how it was able to automatically wrap sections of my hair and with a wand that doesn’t get overly hot. The end of the attachment has a little toggle that determines the direction the curls go, which makes doing both sides of my head extra easy. The dryer attachment is fairly basic, but what makes this machine great is that I’m able to do everything I need with the all-in-one styler. I will say that it would have been nice if it included a traveling case or mat for laying the curling attachment on, since it did get quite hot even on the warm setting. For that, I’d knock off half a star. Other than that, super pleased with this and would recommend to anyone looking for a standout all-in-one hair styling product!
