These mattifying micro masks are made with ultra thin hydrogel and include matcha tea extract and niacinamide for a glowy effect. The package was a bit hard to open but the masks were easy to pull out. The packaging shows you how to place the masks under your eyes and between your brows, essentially the T zone. I wish there was one for your chin as well. I left it on for ten minutes and it left my skin feeling soft and ready for foundation. Because it is so hydrating it didn’t seem like it gave a mattifying result but looking at my skin an hour later it truly did. My T zone is the most oily part on my skin so I was surprised to see the difference this mask made. I definitely recommend for those with combination skin types.

The SEPHORA COLLECTION Micro Masks Mattifying work well for reducing shine and leaving my skin feeling refreshed. They’re lightweight, easy to apply, and perfect for a quick skin pick-me-up. I noticed my T-zone stayed matte longer after use, which is a big plus. Ok so I’m kinda obsessed with these Sephora mattifying micro masks. They’re small so you can put them just where you need em like my tzone and not waste product all over. Theres a few in a pack so you get more than one use which is way better than those one time sheet masks. The hydrogel feels super cool on your skin and it actually stays in place, I can walk around with it on no problem. When you take it off theres no rinsing just pat in the extra stuff and you’re done. My skin always looks smoother and less shiny after and makeup goes on way nicer. I grab em before I go out or even in the middle of the day if I just feel oily. Total life saver.

I've never seen micro masks like this so I wasn't sure what to expect from them. Immediately upon opening the package it was obvious that they were extra micro, like half the size of the opening in the package. One mask doesn't even cover my nose. It comes in a set of 3 so you either have to use all of them and still get less than a full face mask or use one and put them in another container because you can't reseal the package. They're described as hydrogel but are thick like a hydrocolloid bandage. You're only supposed to use it for 10 minutes and in that time they did stay on pretty well. It feels like there's almost no product on them and what there is did nothing for my skin. It didn't feel like it sank in before I went to sleep and I didn't notice any results the next day either. I wonder what the masks are made out of because I feel like I just opened it to turn around and throw it away. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
