Pump is terrible

The scent is nice but the worst packaging. The pump is stuck and ended up wasting product testing it and making it work. For the price point I expect better.

I want to file a complaint about the pump on this OUAI hand lotion. It is extremely difficult to open and very unclear how it’s supposed to work. I kept twisting it with no indication of when it would unlock, and eventually I unscrewed it completely just trying to figure it out. While doing this, the tip of the pump somehow scratched the white part of my eye, which is honestly concerning. This is not user-friendly packaging. A basic dispenser shouldn’t require guesswork or force to open. Clear instructions or a better pump mechanism are needed. Very disappointed with this experience.

Horrible packaging

The lotion is FANTASTIC. It has a strong smell but it's very pleasant to me, but the pump is completely broken. I didn't want to return it and be wasteful, so the whole thing is just incredibly unpleasant to use since I have to use the wand to fish product out.

My husband likes this lotion a lot. It dries down nicely and smells good. Personally, I find the scent a bit headachey although I do like the rest of the OUAI scents.

Skip it!

Smells good, okay product

The lotion has a light floral smell. Makes my skin soft but definitely not super moisturizing, my hands and skin often still feel dry after use although softer. Lotion is fast drying!

I love this lotion. Yes the smell is strong, but it lasts and that’s what I want. Non greasy and makes my hands feel so soft and moisturized.

Hard Pass

This was such a disappointing product. I hated the smell right away. Very overpowering and not in a good way. Keep in mind, lightweight is the keyword.This does not moisturize well. It's very thin for hand lotion and it did not absorb well. Lesson learned in ordering online. The packaging is kinda chic; the fragrance ingredients sounded lovely but not for me. I was looking for a lighter hand lotion that wasn't heavy and greasy, that I could put on during the day. I expected that the price point that it would be more luxurious.But yeah, this is a hard pass for me. Unfortunately it was well past the return date when I finally had time to call and see if it could be returned.

Fantastic hand lotion. Fragrance is exceptional especially when paired with OUAI hand soap. It’s not greasy.

Be patient with the pump

Scent is quite strong and perfumey… almost knocked a star off for that but because it is so soft and non greasy, I didn’t. It feels beautiful on my hands. As for the pump, I thought it didn’t work as well but you have to hold the base and the ring around the pump in a solid position and then twist the pump to open. It will work then but it definitely isn’t the best design. Re:

Love it. Keep it beside my hand soap and always take a pump or two for my hands and elbows. Keeps them hydrated from dryness of winter. I have had no issues with my pump… works like every other pump I’ve used lol

Sub par, nice fragrance though

I used to love the body lotion so figured I’d try this out. It is not moisturizing whatsoever! I reapply 3-4x each day and my hands are cracked and dry af! I much prefer the hand lotion from l’occitane withshea butter.
