Forget Frizz - Regenerator protiv naelektrizirane kose

Everytime I used this product, I felt like it wasn't fully cleaning my hair despite really rubbing it and making sure I got all of the conditioner (of this same line), out. For reference, I have thick wavy hair and usually my hair retains it's shape after washing and letting air dry. That was not the case with this product. Though my hair wasn't frizzy, it was devoid of any body, life, or shape. My hair is like limp which almost never happens to me! Would not recommend. I pair a drugstore shampoo with the amika soulfood mask and my hair looks much better.

Smells amazing and made my hair shiny

Forced to admit that this is a great shampoo. I have naturally thick and dry hair, slightly wavy. This made my hair almost too shiny, a good problem to have. Also it smells amazing.

Leaves a waxy residue almost like a film over my hair to the point where I can put it in any style and it stays like I have actual styling wax in my hair. I have very long, thick, frizzy, wavy hair and I thought this would be a dream. I was incorrect.

Not identical to the sample

I bought it after I get this shampoo as a sample, but it’s totally different texture. Shampoo more liquid and works on my hair not good. Same nice smell but not other specifications. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because my son poured half of it into his bathtub to make bubbles. Not good

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shampoo is so drying and doesn’t lather, the conditioner isn’t great either. I only like the smell and the bottle design but I would skip this one if you have fine hair.

Great for frizzy hair!

Used this last night and loved it! Smells incredible and helped my frizzy hair a ton. I have curly hair so keeping the frizz down is very hard to do. Love using the shampoo and conditioner and many of their other products.

Staple in my shower

This is an absolute staple in my shower! I used to only use Drybar products and once I tried this, I am now a complete convert to AMIKA! My hair has never looked better and I get so many compliments since I started using this. Highly recommend. 

Horrible new formula DON’T BUY

The new formula is SO BAD!!! I had used the original formula of Velveteen Dream and it was absolutely the best shampoo I had ever used. No matter what my hair would look and feel amazing. But now with the new formula my hair gets dull, dry at the ends and greasy at the roots. It looks awful and feels even worse, and it doesn’t even help with the frizz at all. I would never buy this again or recommend this product to anyone ever. I’m so disappointed because it’s not a cheap product, specially if you buy both shampoo and conditioner which is my case. So frustrating, DO NOT BUY!!!

waxy residue

2 stars instead of 1 because technically it did cut down on frizz, but manages this by leaving a thick waxy residue in the hair to weigh it down, so doesn't clean the hair at all and my scalp was greasy hours before it normally is with my typical shampoo. The scent is also very strong and while I can see some people enjoying the smell, it wasn't my personal taste. I don't think this is worth any amount of money.

Hydrating but leaves residue

After using this shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks, my hair feels hydrated but it leaves a residue no matter how much I rinse it. The scent smells really good
