I didn’t like this product very much. It smelled good but the was about all! It didn’t really do anything

Thick spray

Thick Spray is a hair product designed to make the hair feel fuller and thicker. After using it, the hair definitely feels heavier and gives the impression of more volume, which can be helpful for people with fine or thin hair. The scent is pleasant and the packaging is convenient and easy to use, which makes the application quick and practical. However, the texture it leaves on the hair is not my favorite. While it does make the hair feel thicker, it also leaves it a bit sticky and noticeably heavy, and not in the best way. Instead of a natural, lightweight fullness, the hair can feel weighed down. Overall, it’s still a decent product with good fragrance and practical packaging, but the slightly sticky and heavy feeling might not be ideal for everyone.

This spray doesn’t really do anything. I have relatively fine hair, I don’t see any change in texture, thickness or style when I use it.

Absolutely amazing product! My fine, curly hair has been lifeless lately (thanks perimenopause) especially when I blow it out, which I do often. I have never used a thickening product before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised when I finished my blow out and my hair was so full and bouncy. I curled it with my flat iron and the curls lasted until my next wash, which embarrassingly wasn’t for 5 days. I will never be without this again and highly recommend to all my midlife sisters or anyone with fine hair for that matter.

I really like it

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It does have some weight on it if you add a lot in the hair . It feels nice for a night out if you add it and style your hair I believe it gives volume kinda feels like a hairspray but lighter . It doesn’t make your scalp itchy or anything.

The worst product I’ve ever used. Even if I do one spray it leaves my hair sticky, extremely dry, and I rip so much hair out while blow drying or brushing because of it. Truly terrible.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. I saw no big difference in how my hair looked and I didn’t like the scent so I stopped using it after a while. The scent to me smelled sour, but thankfully it wasn’t too strong. While I’ve liked other Ouai products, this was not one of them.

Brought my hair back to life

This stuff is amazing. I’ve experienced some hair loss over the last few months due to stress and it’s finally starting to grow back, but my hair is still significantly thinner than it used to be. But when I use this stuff, my hair feels just as thick and full as it did pre-shedding. And the volume it gives is perfect—not too crazy but still quite voluminous—and lasts for a while. I’ll definitely be repurchasing (even after my hair is back to normal) and recommending to anyone with hair lol

Too sticky and frizzy

I have thin, long blonde hair and wanted a product to give me more volume after hair loss cause by a new medication. I followed the instructions and sprayed on damp hair before styling. All this product did was leave my hair feeling sticky and looking frizzy. Even after trying less spray, it still left a strange texture and added no volume to my roots. It also caused my curl to NOT hold. I curled my hair in the evening and by morning it was completely gone. My natural, untreated hair holds curl just fine. This product was not for me. Had to return it. Gave an extra star because I thought it smelled nice.

Really light yet gives nice volume to my very fine hair without making it sticky.

My hair is so thin and lifeless and worn hold a curl for anything. This is the only thing that helps give some volume and holds my curls. It’s amazing wish I would have found it sooner.

Not for me

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Unfortunately, this product did nothing for me. I tried it on my natural hair and on my extensions and I just don’t think it’s for my hair type. Would not recommend.
