Somehow made my hair greasy and made it fall out. I have incredibly dry and very thick 2c hair. Will not be repurchasing

super great! I love how soft it makes my hair and I love the smile. It gives me such a good clean, especially because I have a long thick hair and leaves my hair smelling like I just left the salon. Love it

I finally found a really good shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair soft and smell nice and helps with the frizz.

I recognize that all products work differently on different people, however if there is one review to consider, let it be this one. I just about finished the bottle, my hair started to increasingly fall out after using this. Specifically in the shower. I was so freaked out. I put it to the test by using a different shampoo the next time I showered and I was not having the same issue. It also caused a lot of frizz. wont be buying again .

don’t buy it

ended up returning after one wash, i have curly/wavy hair and it made my hair feel incredibly dry. so disappointing.

This shampoo cleans really well without stripping my hair. I have thick hair and it actually feels fresh and lightweight after washing, not dry or tangled. It lathers nicely and a little goes a long way. My scalp feels clean, and my hair still feels soft, which is hard to find with shampoos for thick hair.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I have used ouai products & have loved them . But this duo was very disappointing for me. The shampoo has so many harsh ingredients including red4 & yellow6. The fragrance is too harsh & the shampoo is so drying. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Hair felt clean and voluminous.

I had the pleasure of trying out the Thick Shampoo and have been really enjoying my experience. For reference I have medium-thick hair with oily scalp and occasional dandruff. My routine usually consists of washing twice a week. When subbing this product in my routine, I found the lather to be great. My hair felt clean and slightly voluminous when air-dried. I think if you’re in the market to trying this out, go for it. I personally don’t think I would repurchase due to the price.

my thick hair has never looked better!!! This is my go to, by far the best shampoo on the market. I apply all over in lukewarm warm water, I constantly get compliments on how good my hair smells, my hair looks voluptuous, hydrated, and just the right amount of moisture.

I love this shampoo. I have never tried a product from this brand but I am so glad I did. My hair has never felt cleaner and shine. It smells so good and my hair stays nice in between hair wash days. I recommend.

My hair has been LOVING this. I have thick curly hair and this is just what it needed. My hair is visibly softer, more hydrated and an added bonus is it smells amazing too! Big fan of this it’s so good!

Loved how this OUAI shampoo worked on my curls. It lathered beautifully and left my hair soft, clean, and defined without dryness. A new favorite in my curly-hair routine! Super hydrating overall and it smells amazing
