[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this lippie! The packaging is super cute and it applies well! It hardly feels like you are wearing anything when it’s on! I love the color as well and I cannot wait to try more shades!

Luxe in the lips

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was super excited to try this, but I ended up picking my shade a bit blindly. I went with a nude, expecting more of a peachy skin tone, but it pulled pretty pink on me. As expected from YSL, the packaging is gorgeous. It feels substantial and luxe in the hand, which definitely adds to the overall experience. The texture is also really nice, lightweight and comfortable on the lips, and not drying at all. That said, the color payoff is very minimal. It really leans more toward a light tint, which it does deliver on. However, I found that the color doesn’t apply very evenly, and if you go back over your lips to build it up, it can actually lift or remove some of the product you already applied. Wear time is also pretty short. As soon as you eat or drink anything, it’s basically gone. There’s no strong scent, which I personally like. Maybe a very faint, slightly sweet smell, but it’s barely noticeable. Overall, it’s a nice product and feels good to wear, but it’s very subtle. I think if I had chosen a different shade, I might feel differently, but as it stands, I probably wouldn’t repurchase. That said, if you’re a fan of YSL and like a barely-there, natural lip, this could still be a good option

The perfect pink lip color

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The YSL Lovenude Lip Blusher shade 44 has become my spring lip color go to! It smooths on nicely and the shade of pink is perfect. It’s not too bright, and it gives a nice touch of pink. You can tell that you’re using lip color, but not in an over bearing way. If you want a more bold lip, layer it on for that look. I get compliments on this lip color, I even used it on my wedding day!

Emphasizes texture

I loved the packaging of this product. It had a luxe look. I got the shade 44, Nude Lavalliere. This lip product did not have the consistency of a balm or blur my lips. It emphasized the texture on lips, didn’t apply smoothly in an even fashion, and separated. It settled into my lines immediately as I applied it. This product requires exfoliating the lips prior at minimum. The smoother your lips, the better. Even then, I still would have to use a gloss over it for it to look better. It also felt drying. Nude, sheer, hydrating, matte

A sheer matte balm

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was gifted YSL Lovenude Lip Blusher in the shade 44 Nude Lavalliere from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I love YSL lippies but this one was just okay for me. The packaging feels luxe and expensive but the product fell flat. It is a sheer matte lip color with a balm like feel as advertised. I didn’t find that it blurred my lips. It actually seemed to emphasize all of the texture which I didn’t care for. I appreciate that the scent is very subtle. The color is a nice pinky nude that I think would work on most skin tones. It’s a good product but for the price I expected more.

Gorgeous color

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] YSL LoveNude Lip Blusher soft blurring lip color is worth the hype. The texture is soft and smooth, and it glides easily onto the lips. The color is GORGEOUS and can be used for everyday wear. Would absolutely recommend.

Top Quality Lippie

Gorgeous color. Very soft of the lips and doesn’t feel drying. Shade 44 is such a classic color I have it in their blush and candy lip gloss too.

Feels great on

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Gorgeous color and texture. I got the nude lavalliere and it’s a beautiful pinky nude—good coverage even without a liner. The final texture lies somewhere between a matte and satin but would say with the matte, it does show lip texture so you need to make sure your lips are moisturized. Feels great on, not drying at all like traditional matte lipsticks. Lasts long enough that I didn’t need to reapply for a night out.

Lovely lipstick with buildable color

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It’s hard to convince me anything designer is worth it, but I’m an absolute fool for a luxe lippie and YSL’s lip blusher is no different. The packaging is beautiful, love the rose gold metal. The lipstick itself is buildable and glides on so well. I prefer one swipe because I like a sheer coverage and it does get more opaque with each application. As for removal, it wears off on its own which I expect and actually prefer.

Perfect soft nude with a blurring effect

I absolutely love this lip blusher - the shade Nude Lavalliere is the perfect soft, natural nude that enhances my lips without looking heavy. The texture feels lightweight and smooth, and it gives a beautiful blurred effect that looks effortless and modern. It’s comfortable to wear throughout the day and doesn’t dry out my lips. Such an easy everyday lip product that still looks polished!

Drying product in light, bright pink

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was surprised that the “nude lavalliere” color was such a bright pink! Most brands’ nude dusty pinks are an exact match for my lip color, but this was clearly much pinker and brighter. Unfortunately, I found the product very drying, and thus uncomfortable to wear, and it also did not appear to have much of any staying power. This product was a miss for me.
