My all time favourite!

I have been using this makeup remover for many years and it's become a staple for me. It removes makeup and cleanses well, and because it's so moisturizing, my face doesn't feel dry and tight afterwards. I was also having issues with breakouts but my skin is clear since using this. I highly recommend this product for anyone with dry skin.

Great gentle cleanser

Excellent. I use this during the day as a cleanser. Softens, gently moisturizes, and gives a nice glow.

Not the best

Not a good makeup remover/cleanser. Even when wearing low coverage foundation only, it leaves a lot behind and gets on my towel when I dry my face. Also, please remove the strong fragrances Lancôme! It does make skin feel nice but it could be because it sits on top of the skin like a wax kind of. If you purchase, I recommend using as a second cleanser maybe. I do feel like it was not money well spent. Three stars because it seems hydrating and makes skin feel nice.

not the best fit for me

Honestly make sure you have sensitive type skin, my skin has large pores, blackheads and really needed a stronger product so this was not it for me! I will say it has a hydrating feeling but not that really strong clean feeling I look for in a cleanser, I’m also a heavy full cover make up wearer so it wasn’t the best fit! I do recommend for those with sensitive skin and dry

Not for me.

This product was recommended by a friend, and while we have similar skin types and concerns, it did not work for me. The product feels great on the skin, and I had no adverse reactions to the ingredients. Having said that, it did not remove all of my mascara (YSL, not waterproof), and while my skin felt soft, it also felt as though some of my sunscreen remained.

Bought it for my mom, one of her favorite products. Very gentle with light scent

Took some trials to find the balance

I had heard a lot of good thing about this product, so I bought it as my winter face cleanser. I have a combination skin with very dry cheeks. I followed the instruction the first time and it didn't remove all my foundation and eyeliner. So I repeated the process 3 times, and still I have foundation on my cotton pad. I know the bottle says make remover, but the sales lady convinced me that, it is a cleanser. After the first fail trial, I started using face soap bar followed by lancome lait galatee confort. This has been working for me. It is very moisturizing which I like; and I only use it at night because it is too expensive to use it twice a day :)

Not for me

This cleanser has a very strong, overpowering fragrance. It also stung my face.
