Meh, didn’t wow me

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have the ivory and purple Born in Roma perfumes, and the ivory one is definitely better. The purple perfume is more fruity, which I would typically like, but there’s something off about it. It’s like a whisper of fruity. This one also doesn’t last anywhere near as long as the ivory perfume. I wouldn’t purchase this. Valentino definitely has better perfumes.

Sweet berry

This is a very perfume that is light and sweet. This is my first berry perfume vs a floral. It smells yummy.

Scent lasts forever!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I keep bouncing back and forth on if I like this one or not so it gets 3 stars. When I first spray it, I think it smells a bit like an older lady perfume. Sometimes when it dries down I start liking it. The first time I sprayed it, I loved it after about an hour of wear. The next time I thought the smell was a bit “heavy”. I will say, it lasts forever if you spray it on your clothes. I sprayed it on pajamas and wore them three nights and the smell didn’t come out until I washed them. It definitely seems like an evening perfume. The packaging is very pretty, I love displaying the bottle!

Limited sweetness

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This Valentino Donna Born in Roma Purple Melancholia perfume to me has been an amazing gift, not only because it’s a scent that I like because it’s not to sweet and too girly. This perfume lasts for two days which is amazing. The projection and the sillage of this perfume is amazing the packaging design it’s elegant and very sophisticated.

I put myself wearing this on a date night or at a business dinner. It smells sophisticated, but also sweet at the same time. It is definitely a darker fragrance, which is why I lean towards a nighttime spray.
