Azelaic Acid 10 Hyaluron Redness Soothing Serum - Serum protiv nepravilnosti

Works great even on sensitive skin!

I was unsure if my sensitive skin could tolerate it at first. I cannot use most actives as it disrupts my skin barrier and I get crazy cystic breakouts. This formula was gentle enough, but still had the power to smooth my skin texture (of course I still have scarring from previous breakouts) and reduce redness. I have to be careful applying it near my eye area as it does create some eczema for me on my eyelid, so I first apply a heavy eczema safe cream on my thin skin areas: around my eyes, nose, lips. Then I apply TO soothing barrier serum to my whole face, THEN I layer a decent amount of the Anua serum on my whole face (minus those sensitive areas as I mentioned). I have found this combination to be the most effective for me and my sensitive skin. This serum did cause purging for me personally. After nearly 2 weeks of nightly use, my closed comedones on my forehead are almost completely gone, any larger pimples on my cheek and jaw areas are flattened and less red, and my overall texture has improved. I would recommend this product, however for sensitive skin girlies please note that it’s still an active and you should be extra cautious. Always test actives at night, and do not apply them every single day until you’ve tested it (maybe twice a week at first) and are sure it doesn’t cause a major reaction.

I had a rash on my face from an allergic reaction and I decided to take my chances with this serum. I have been using this with my regular skincare routine with no 'harsh' actives for the past week or so and I'm happy to say that the improvement is there. I could actually see less redness overnight from first application, which was great news for me. I haven't experienced the 'purging' or new breakouts other reviews have mentioned. I suppose azelaic acid works for my skin.

So I have only been using this 3 days and I know I still have to purge etc but I have seen a dramatic difference. I have had issues with my skin for over a year now. I have developed POD and everything new I have bought has instantly broke me out and caused some sort of reaction or rash. Since using this my skin has become a fresh new canvas. I went to work today with 0 base makeup on because it’s calmed my skin so much. It could possibly change who knows. But I hope it continues to work for me.

Great intro to Azelaic

This is a really good product and a good introduction to Azelaic Acid. I started using this because I have sensitive skin and I wanted to test something softer/gentler before moving on to derm products

A nice addition to my skincare routine as someone with oily skin. Have noticed it helps the redness I was getting in my cheeks, doesn’t feel greasy at all.

Horrible product

Been using it for over a month along with their toner and moisturizer and face wash but it does nothing for my combination skin other than break me out!! All these korean skincare lines are frauds honestly. If ur korean or chinese u already have good skin by genetics and then yall go and review these things which makes no sense and is a lie really!

Great for Acne

Love this product! Since I’ve started using this serum it’s helped clear my breakouts and reduced scars and redness. Will definitely be repurchasing!

A no for me

I’m confused. Am I wrong or is this product supposed to help with acne? If “help with acne” meant GIVE YOUR EXISTING ACNE 100 NEW FRIENDS, then I guess it’s doing its job. All I did was get small bumps all over my face with this serum. It is very sticky and a hot mess.

To use in moderation

Definitely saw a difference in redness however it came at a cost. It does something called purging which brings everything to the surface. I had thick, painful, yellow spots all over my face and neck. Once they cleared everything was fine but you had to treat those spots or else they would be stubborn. Definitely not something I would recommend to use every day especially if you’re new to Azaelic.

I’ve been using this product for the last few weeks and have seen a definite change/fading of my red spots. Excellent product. I recommend for rosacea and acne scars.

This is the best product for acne and redness! I originally got it for combination skin due to the weather in my home country, but since moving to Canada, it keeps my skin hydrated, too. Not only that, it helps if your skin barrier is broken. If anything is irritating your skin, this will be your bestie, I'm telling you!
